INTEREST

CAJUN COOKING:  Being from Louisiana I enjoy cajun cooking.  My wife and I have been fortunate enough to be able to do a cajun day for several movies where we cook cajun food.  Boiled crawfish, deep fried turkey, softshell crawfish, boudin, gumbo, jambalaya, and alligator.

We also enjoy participating in gumbo cookoffs.

COMPUTER:  I enjoy surfing the net as well a programming in Professional development system and Foxpro.

HUNTING AND FISHING:  There is a lot of wildlife and fish in Louisiana and I enjoy hunting and fishing.
